Jill + Parth // Portraits

Every assignment I undertake, I try to bring in something new. Because every couple is so different.. So when I got in touch with Parth and Jill for their pre-wedding shoot, I put my thinking cap on and the pictures displayed here are from one of the themes we did for them -
When it comes to couple shoots, the pictures I wish to produce have to be a reflection of the couple's persona.
Shooting with Parth and Jill was quite a ball because they were one of the most involved couple I've ever worked with . Jill being a fun enthusiastic lady was very open and free with the camera from the very beginning, while Parth being on a calmer side took his own good time to open up, but once he got in the groove, these love birds gave me some really great poses to photograph.
Ditching those usual outdoor shoots, we did this session in The Bird Song Cafe, Mumbai and the bricked walls of the cafe and the rustic natural smiles of the couple is the sole reason of the shoot coming out so well.
From changing tables to leaning on walls to sipping coffee in the intervals, Parth and Jill held on the chemistry just right.
"Though I knew Parth since 7 years, the shoot bought us even closer" says Jill
A few more stills from their shoot :)
Such small little moments of love and admiration is what makes me love my job even more and the after effects of delivering happiness is what fuels me to keep doing more every time i take up a shoot :)
